Meet The Flock

The flock is primarily Icelandic & Navajo Churro along with a few Navajo Churro crosses, and a Rideau Arcott. I have chosen these breeds for their hardiness, good mothering instincts, easy lambing abilities, triple purpose usage, smaller frame, and wonderful personalities. I am focused on producing quality registered and unregistered breeding stock for farmers throughout Canada.

Badger is a 2 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan come June 2024.

Gwen is a 4 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She had a ewe lamb sired by Ragnar the beginning of May.

Magenta is a 4 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ewe. She had a ewe lamb sired by Rowan in early April.

Violet is an unregistered Navajo Churro ewe lamb born this spring, daughter of Magenta and Rowan. She'll be bred in the fall of 2025 to have her first lambs in the spring of 2026.

Sunshine is a 4 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ewe. She had a ram lamb sired by Rowan in early April.

Stella is a yearling unregistered Navajo Churro ewe, daughter of Sunshine and Rowan. She will be bred to have her first lambs this fall, 2024.

Rosie is a 4 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ewe. She had her lambs in February, a set of ram/ewe twins sired by Rowan.

Remy is a Navajo Churro ewe lamb born in the winter of 2024, daughter of Rosie and Rowan. She will likely be bred this fall to lamb for the first time in the spring of 2025.

Belle is a 2 year old unregistered Rideau Arcott ewe, my former bottle lamb. She had Rideau x Navajo Churro ram/ewe twins sired by Rowan early April.

Aurora is a yearling 50% Rideau Arcott, 50% Icelandic ewe, daughter of Belle and Rambo. She will be bred this fall to have her first lambs in the spring of 2025.

Ida is a 3 year old registered Icelandic ewe. She comes from quality genetics of Ultreia & Le Biscornu. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Sunna is a 2 year old registered Icelandic ewe, coming from quality genetics of Le Biscornu and Elbow Valley Farm. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Olive is a 5 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Tulip is a 2 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Cecelia is a 4 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She had a single ram lamb sired by Ragnar early April.

Lacey is a 5 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic lambs sired by Ragnar this spring, 2024.

Gwyneth is a 4 year old registered Icelandic ewe, coming from quality genetics of Ultreia and Le Biscornu. She had a ewe lamb sired by Ragnar the end of April.

Helga is a registered Icelandic ewe lamb born this spring, daughter of Gwyneth and Ragnar. She will be bred for the first time in the fall of 2025 to have her first lambs in the spring of 2026.

Lilja is a 2 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She had a ram lamb sired by Ragnar the end of April.

Honey is a 4 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ewe. She had twin ewe lambs sired by Rowan early April.

Harlow is an unregistered Navajo Churro ewe lamb born this spring, daughter of Honey and Rowan. She will be bred for the first time the fall of 2025 to have her first lambs in the spring of 2026.

Nala is a 3 year old Navajo Churro x Black Welsh Mountain ewe. She had ram/ewe twins sired by Rowan early April.

Inrama is a 3 year old registered Icelandic ewe, coming from quality genetics of Ultreia and Le Biscornu. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Snow is a 4 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in April 2024.

Annie is a 2 year old registered Icelandic ewe, coming from quality genetics of Ultreia and Le Biscornu. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Greta is a 4 year old registered Icelandic ewe, coming from quality genetics of Ultriea and Le Biscornu. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Astrik is a 4 year old unregistered Icelandic ewe. She is currently pregnant, and due with Icelandic x Navajo Churro lambs sired by Rowan in June 2024.

Aj is a yearling unregistered Icelandic fibre wether, son of Gwen and Alec. 

Ragnar is a yearling registered Icelandic ram, coming from quality genetics of Le Biscornu. He is the sire to a few of the Icelandic lambs this spring, and will be the sire to all the registered and unregistered Icelandic lambs in the spring of 2025.

Rowan is a 3 year old unregistered Navajo Churro ram. He is the sire to many of the ewes currently in the flock, and will be the sire to the Navajo Churro and Navajo Churro cross lambs this spring.
