2025 Lamb Reservations

I breed and raise Navajo Churro & Icelandic sheep. I have chosen these breeds for their good mothering, easy lambing ability, hardiness in both heat and cold, fast growing fleece & horns, amazing meat quality, dairy purposes, and their fantastic personalities! The ewes are bred young, and have high fertility with more twins than singles each year with the occasional set of triplets. I rarely assist during births, and will wake up to fresh lambs standing and nursing. The lambs are hardy, and thrive well being born in cooler temps.

Putting a $50 NON REFUNDABLE reservation deposit on a lamb will put you on my waitlist. When the lambs are born, I will work my way through the list and you will be able to choose your lambs before they get listed based off of your spot on the list. Please note, if I don’t have the expected amount of lambs, I will refund your money. If for some reason you cannot follow through with purchasing the lamb, that is when the deposit is made non-refundable as that cost can cover the lamb until a new home is found.

What will all be available come next year- 

•Unregistered Icelandic ewe lambs, sired by Ragnar. (Full price of $400).

•Unregistered & Registered Icelandic ram lambs, sired by Ragnar. (Unregistered  rams $350, registered rams $450).

•Unregistered Navajo Churro ram lambs, sired by both Rowan and Cruze. (Full price of $350).

The lambs will be ready to go by the end of July-early August. By then, they will be weaned and separated from mom. They will be vaccinated with their first dose of tasvax, and will be tagged with their CSIP tags. Once you have chosen your lambs, another $50 deposit will be placed to hold your lambs. The remainder of the payment will be due at pickup, minus your deposit cost of $100. For example, if your lamb has a full price of $450, your lamb will be $350 at pickup.
