Angus was an Icelandic lamb born and raised from a local Icelandic flock. His hide was traditionally tanned by me using egg yolk and smoke to set the tan.
Angus is a solid white Icelandic hide measuring in at 29 inches long, 22 inches wide, with locks averaging 9 inches. Please note, measurements of the hide are from skin side to skin side.
Please expect a small amount of vegetable matter to be in the sheepskin as I can’t remove each tiny piece, as well as a slight smoke smell which will go away with some time.
Sheepskin Care :
• Avoid getting wet, do not wash it
• Spot clean stains with a damp cloth
• Shake every few weeks to remove dust & debris
• If it does get wet, allow the sheepskin to dry naturally
